Have you received an order that you're not completely satisfied with, or would you prefer a different colour or style? No problem. You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@tedlouise.com and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for your return

We will then provide you with further instructions on how to complete your return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be registered for return within 14 days of receiving your order
• Be unworn, unused and undamaged
• Be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, stickers and dust bag
• Show no signs of wear or use

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
