To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@tedlouise.com and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for your return

Your feedback helps us continuously improve our products and service.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be registered for return within 14 days of receiving your order
• Be unworn, unused and undamaged
• Be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, stickers and dust bag
• Show no signs of wear or use

How to Return Your Order

Step 1

Email info@tedlouise.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.

Step 2

Carefully place the item(s) back in the original box, including all labels, stickers and dust bag.

Step 3

Include a note inside the box with your name and order number.

Step 4

Send your return to:

Step 5

Hand in the parcel at your preferred postal service point.

Step 6

Always request a shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code and keep it safe until your return has been processed.

Step 7

Email a photo of the shipping receipt, including the Track & Trace code, to info@tedlouise.com and mention your order number.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
