Have you received an order that you’re not completely satisfied with, or would you prefer a different color or style? You can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return or exchange an item.

Please send an email to info@tedlouise.com with your order number, the reason for return, and which item(s) you would like to return or exchange. We highly appreciate if you share the reason for return, as this helps us to continuously improve our products and service.

It is important that the items:

• Are registered for return within 14 days after receiving the order.
  
• Are unworn and undamaged.
  
• Are returned in the original box, including all parts: labels, stickers, wish card, and dust bag.
  
• Show no signs of use.
  

Step-by-step return process

Step 1. Send an email to info@tedlouise.com with your order number, the reason for return, and the items you wish to return.

Step 2. Place the items back in the box together with all original parts (labels, stickers, wish card, and dust bag).

Step 3. Shipping method

• Within the Netherlands: You will receive a free return label from us by email. Print the label and attach it to the box.
  
  
• Outside the Netherlands: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Use the return address provided by our customer service and make sure no other addresses are visible on the box.
  

Step 4. Hand in the box at a postal point.

Step 5. Always ask for a shipping receipt with track & trace code and keep it safe.

Step 6. Send a photo of the shipping receipt (with track & trace code) to info@tedlouise.com, mentioning your order number.
